Let's be real, occasionally things get plain utterly dreadful. You know what I'm talking about? That feeling when everything just goes wrong. It's like the universe is playing a cruel joke on you.

An Unbelievable Disaster

Woke up late/early to the sound of my alarm clock malfunctioning. It was immediately apparent/clear as day that today was going to be a total wreck/disaster/nightmare. My breakfast/coffee/pet was not even edible. I tripped over nothing/the dog/a random object and spilled coffee on myself/knocked over my vase/broke my phone. Driving to work, I got stuck in the slowest moving line of cars imaginable. And to top it all off, my boss yelled at me/I realized I forgot my presentation/the office air conditioning broke. Honestly, this day worst was just terrible.
